Pete is an artist specialising in wildlife, with a passion to bring the endangered to public view. The subjects of her paintings are drawn from the wild places of the world to which she and her husband Ian love travelling.
She is now experimenting with different techniques to realise the perception of the individuality of these subjects and the environment they inhabit.
Recognition of her work is seen in the awards and commissions she has received which include the Best Exhibits, Best Pastels and Best Drawing Awards at Wildlife Art Society of Australasia, stamps for Australia Post, and finalist selection in International Assoc Pastel Societies (USA) and Dominique Segan Drawing Award Exhibitions.
